This workshop explores the wonderful flavors and health benefits of spice-laden Indian cuisine.
Dr. Nandita Selvanathan, an avid cook and scientist with a specialty in biological sciences, will teach participants about the preparation techniques used in Indian cuisine and the benefits of incorporating traditional spices.
