• Build strength, flexibility, and training knowledge in a class that focuses on movement quality over quantity.
• Incorporate strength based exercises with mobility and flexibility drills to counteract our repetitive daily activities.
• All fitness levels are welcome. Exercise progressions and modifications will be provided throughout each workout to accommodate everyone.
